How does the prepaid year work?
Nhoma Plus is a prepaid year, not a subscription: you pay $19.99 once and every document you touch gets the full treatment for twelve months. When the year ends, it simply ends — we may remind you before it expires, but we never charge you without a new purchase.
How do identity checks work?
An identity check verifies a government ID plus a quick selfie, run by Didit on a secure page — it takes about a minute and is always free for the person being checked. “Seal it right” includes one check on the person signing with you, and $2 more verifies your side too ($5.99 total). Nhoma Plus includes 12 checks a year, then $0.99 each.
How do gift cards work?
Nhoma Plus comes with 5 gift cards: one the moment you subscribe, and four more when your first deal seals — one of those goes to the person who signed with you. Each card covers a friend’s premium document and is valid for 30 days.
What is the refund policy?
Any purchase can be refunded within 15 days, minus the standalone value of what was already used (redeemed gift cards, identity checks performed, AI builds). After 15 days purchases are non-refundable, and cancelling anytime simply means your access runs to the end of what you paid for.
